The Supreme Hard tri-fold® covers are designed for the South African climate. The top is made of top marine grade vinyl and marine grade stitching on an industrial 6063 grade aluminium frame with nylon-6 clips. The Supreme Hard cover is braced with more cross bars and structured with a reinforced ABS plate underneath the vinyl to ensure a secure hard structure. We guarantee that the vinyl will not crack, fade or tear, thus are we the only Company in the world that can offer a 5 year guarantee due to our materials used. We are sure that it will most probably outlive your Bakkie.
The Supreme hard cover is the least expensive hard cover & with the longest guarantee in South Africa.
The Supreme Hard tri-fold® cover is 100% lockable and secure, if you keep the tailgate locked Insurance companies do cover the contents when someone tries to break in.
We designed drill-free styling bar fitment brackets to fit most standard roll/styling bars on the market.
If the two legs of the roll/styling bar takes up more than a third of the bin – the cover will only be able to fold once on the tailgate side.
We cannot fit a tri-fold® cover on a sports bar such as the Ford Wildtrak, Toyota Thunder and Amarok Extreme – you can however remove those sports bars to fit the cover with another styling bar.
We would suggest having a look at our tonneau KING® Styling bar before getting another one, these are made specifically to fit with the tri-fold® cover range.

The tri-fold® cover is a solid, all in one unit, with no parts that can come apart.
Buying a tri-fold® cover is a once-off investment unlike other companies whereas you must replace the complete unit when losing only one clip or corner.
tonneau KING® replaces other covers daily due to lost components such as corners and frames – especially with the clip-on covers. We do not sell components for other covers but do have a solution to the problem.
The marine grade vinyl itself is fully water & dust proof. Our tri-fold® covers has all-round seals to prevent water and dust from entering the bin. Our tri-fold® is most probably the only tonneau cover in South Africa that seals at the top of the tailgate itself, where dust is prone to enter. The majority dust enters at the tailgate, due to the turbulence caused at the back of your bakkie while driving. A negative pressure, also formed in the bin, will suck in more dust. We suggest having a look at our Dust Sealing Kit for your bakkie’s tailgate and bin.
Unlike other covers, the tri-fold® covers can be taken off entirely and put back on in seconds, YES SECONDS, which allows you to have the complete bin available for use.
We do not custom make any covers, they are pre-assembled according to vehicle types. We cover most 1 tonner South African bakkies, we unfortunately do not cater for the ½ tonner bakkies.
We have established that most racks can be fitted with Skitch® brackets, some Thule racks can also be fitted.
When folded up in three there are two clips which need to be fastened in order for you to securely hold the cover together when driving with in open.
You can. The seals on the cover will set to the shape of the uneven rubberising, however if some rubberising spots stand out prouder, shave the uneven piece to ensure a snug fit.
No. We supply R-clips to keep the handles in place which can withstand the toughest and roughest dirt roads.
The soft tri-fold® cover can be put on and taken off in seconds. It will take you longer to remove the product from the box than fitting it yourself. It falls under a DIY category as no drilling or tools are required to do fitment in SECONDS!
Not at all, you are required to only wash the cover with soap and water (Sunlight liquid & water), keep away from polishes, silicone-based products to ensure your cover to lasts longer than your bakkie.
Yes. Due to our sleek design, independent tests have been done and found that you can save up to 10% on your fuel per tank. With this said, your tonneau KING® cover will pay for itself!
Our tonneau KING® covers were designed to give you access to your bed when your tailgate is in the down or open position. The tonneau KING® covers will not open when the tailgate is up and closed. With a tailgate lock in place, your bakkie bed is entirely secure.
Our vinyl is a durable, industrial Marine grade UV treated vinyl as well as the thread we use. It has been tested to withstand temperatures from minus 1 up to 110 degrees Celsius without budging, tearing or changing shape, which makes our tonneau KING® covers an excellent choice no matter where you live and drive your bakkie.
